      In terms of gentleness it goes bath oil < body wash < body gel < soap.

      Recommended for dry skin and things like eczema.

      It's oil; it doesn't foam up, it stays liquid. Don't use a loofah; you pour some once your bath is ready and soak in it.

      If you only have a shower, you will be very disappointed - you sorta rub it on, let it sit and wash it off.
