People have reported it working before, but its a risk definitely.
I have avoided using the Price Beat button to ensure cashback
price seems to be holding well
I am disappointed Dell and JB are not dropping prices.
I know the warranty benefits are the same as Dell Direct (3 years) but If you buy via the Good Guys are the warranty claims through them or can you still go to Dell direct?
You can go directly to Dell. But in this product class, you're probably still better served with the dual-mode LG panel, which gives you the option of 480Hz gameplay.
@jasswolf: LG mystery
Self triggered.
@Yummy: An adult, everyone. 👏
@jasswolf: IKR? Sometime its easier to throw in long gibberish instead of typing the said LG model number.
@Yummy: Sometimes it's better to not do free work for people who are clearly ducking making even a single search, and accepting that more entitled people will follow up in the comments…
… but most will learn? Or already knew. Keep in mind I did actually use the word 'panel'.💡
@jasswolf: Would you put MSG into your Choc Sundae?
(Replace the bold text with Dell & LG words)
It's kind of pathetic and sad you come to a site where all the information is handed to you but you can't be an equal contributor to provide a simple answer.
Happy to take but not to give.
You might want to check my history on the site, or use any function other than the reply button. There are several models which use the panel, I am not here to do 5-15 minutes of work for you because you refuse to open a tab for Google Search.
You're not going to get a different answer. This site functions best through basic specificity and bothering to do the bare minimum.
@jasswolf: history on the
Non halal meat.
@Yummy: Happy to help keep you inside and chained to your PC, as that way you don't do this to the general public.
@jasswolf: Can't remember if I still have my Win95. I lanyard'ed my mobile instead.
I also post on OzB via Firestick. Hi tech, ey?@Yummy: Good on you for minimising energy usage and e-waste! Hopefully you apply even 5% of that to anything else you. Every little bit helps.
@jasswolf: R U OK?
@Yummy: Are you?
I don’t think this is good deal since it was priced at around $1200ish couple months ago.
At this price I really recommend anyone thinking of upgrading to go for LG C4 42, which goes for around 1.1-1.2k.
Probably depends on your use case, this monitor is rated good for office as well as gaming plus Dell warranty is amazing.
How does C4 rate for office work?
Should also be noted JB hasn't started their black friday sale, starts early later today so you could still see a cheaper price.
Damn, just logged in to Perks for early access. Heaps of monitors on sale, but not this one.
I bought this monitor within the last ~3 months (via Dell directly) for PC gaming. Absolutely incredible piece of tech, that rtings.com sold me on when I researched - love it
Tempted, but saving my coin for a 50 series card to instead properly drive my 34 UW in AAA games first!
$1219 from Dell Refurb - https://www.dell.com/en-au/outlet/refurbished-alienware-32-4…
I'd get one if it was $1200 new (like recent deals) or under $1k refurb…
Still waiting too. :(
I’m in no rush, mine’s to go with a PS5 Pro that I can’t buy because there’s no disc drives available.
Got Pro but cant play it (or refused to play it) coz no disc drive.
A lil bit over $1200.

@Yummy: Wait! Might drop more :)
@Carrera1963: Cant wait no more. I even decided to trade in my og ps5 with slim drive so i can bloody play my pro with this soon to be monitor.

So my guess is, if you use the price beat then you are ineligible for the 10%
