Agree, its rather high up. I'm short so I think it would fit longer necks/taller people a bit better.
Currently in Shanghai, having done 4 flights prior over the past 5 weeks and kind of love it. I do have a relatively long neck though and find it perfect. Love waking up with no neck pains.

Good pillow but impossible to put headphones on.
So it's a choice between neck pain or no ANC headphones/noisy airplane
I got this last deal and took it overseas for 3 weeks. I only used it 3-4 times but the bag has already ripped. Thankfully the support is great and they mailed me another.
I don't really like this travel pillow and it is very high on the neck - doesn't feel comfortable
