They dont, choose quantity from drop down menu and price changes
most of the ones on ebay are fake.
But they come sealed pack in Oral-b packaging.
I have bought from ebay several times, and the TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE priced ones other than from actual proper branded businesses, have been all fakes. Thankfully, ebay buyer protection is there.
You might want to check unit compatibility before purchasing…..

I got the premium i0 series and it runs at about $10 to 20 bucks per brush head. Im starting to think its a premium for SFA other than profits. They certainly tested those brush heads to be kaput in a month.
Buy 12 months worth during Black Friday sales @ Shaver Shop every year. The brush heads say should be changed every 3 months but that's not really backed by anything.

Curious to know how can we tell they're genuine?
I either buy from Amazon, chemist warehouse, shaver shop or the supermarket to make sure they are genuine.
They should be genuine. Otherwise they do instant refund.
Last 2 puchaces from them were genuine.
The one before was a wrong color item, they refunded and told me to keep it.
Going in and out of stock, I just bought 2, assuming they don't get cancelled.
