I almost always get caught out by no duplex scan/copy, thanks for the specs.
Damn that's a big no no for me, duplex scan is a must. Otherwise looks good for the price.
I read the manual and it states it has duplex copy and print. I suspect that this means it also has duplex scan. Unless it feeds the paper then refeeds to get the other side.
My colour ecosys started smearing vertical specks of magenta dots on the print outs inexplicably and no amount of cleaning could clear. Ended up junking it and going with ecotank. Not impressed. At least it was less than 200. YMMV.
And the specks were equidistant? That problem cannot be fixed. The magenta toner cartridge is damaged and has to be replaced.
Also $445 at the printer clinic for other areas interested.

Purchased a few items from them over the years, fast NSW delivery. Local stock with massive range.
Is the toner cost prohibitive on something like this - looks like $200 for 1250 pages, is that right?
Those who have it, is the toner like HP?? Firmware locked and all??
From what I remember, this brand is a business printer brand so business stuff are very expensive usually.
I do have a Laser Brother Mono but for docs and important stuff I cannot really print anything.
Ouch, $400 for 4x toner up to 1250 pages
Or $600 for up to 2800 pages
It sounds about right since this is a business brand and not home user.
No Firmware lock.

Great if you need a Colour, Laser, Scan Copier with wireless for under $400.
I have a Kyocera M5526CDW. They are very expensive to run and the software and features are pretty average. I would avoid and laser for personal use. Ink tank would be the way to go even if purchase cost is higher.
I posted a deal for Ink tank printer
