    Don't fall for the dodgy deals by shopback particularly their tactic where they will send you email confirmation that they tracked your cashback but then within few days they automatically track that to zero without sending you email notifying you of the change.

    they will also not let you have option to report on the app.. !

    so they will do everything in a hope customer forget about it and they can avoid paying cashback which was genuinely tracked and all terms written here on ozbargain and their website followed.

    here is the evidence and don't waste time sending message to @gotyourback as you get nothing from them.

    in the evidence image below the right side is the email confirming the cashback and left side is when they changed cashback to zero. the only reason i know about it was because of big amount i went back and checked (with another ozbargain deal).

    i had many post in past where i said that shopback is far superior in tracking then cashreward and i take all that back now !

    I think after the Topcashback fiasco, eveyday market isn't reliable. A very buyer beware thing before you make calculated purchases.

        No it's not tracking that was the issue with Topcashback, it was the rug pull on cashback value despite being advertised.

    I can also confirm with everyone else above, that my cashback got tracked at $33.77 in May, then got Rejected.

    Also I've tried to raise a ticket in the shopback app, and the chatbot says "I can't help you with your current Cashback transaction rejection.."

    So don't waste your time, it will just get rejected by Shopback.

    My orders were not tracked, no cashback detected. The click activity does list the transaction times so I have lodged missing cashback claims. I hope this gets resolved successfully as I have spent a bit of money.
