  The way I read this line is in your case it will track $579 instead of the whatever higher price before price beat isn't it.

Well at least in the T&C it doesn't mention can't use Paypal.

  In the TopCashback T&Cs: "Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.". So your cashback may very well get rejected if you use the paypal promo code.

    You're probably right the Paypal offer use a code as well. Can become quite dicky if it doesn't track.
