Was looking for a temporary cover for my car and thought this was a good price.

  Don't think temporary structures require council approval.
  If neighbours complain, you can always take it down when the council comes by to inspect.

remember that these are temporary only. A lot of people i've seen putting these in the front driveway thinking it'll last and then it blows away in the next windy day.
