  Absolutely, no one is paying $399 for this! It's only worth this sale price, nothing more. The backboard is useless unless you are shooting from directly in front or if you're practicing, high off the glass, layups.

    We've had ours for a few years, bought for $200 on Amazon and it's held up really well. Needed to mod it with a bag of sand as even with a full water tank the wind kicked its but, but other than that, I've had no issues with backboard, even from about 4-5m shots. Definitely worth the price tag when comparing to other kids hoops.

Big W market place sells them for 78 bucks and the base looks bigger hence can put more water in.
