*Terms and Conditions

  • The rider award scheme “FREERIDE” is valid until midnight 30 September 2024 AEST (“expiry date”). Rides must be booked on the Oiii app and complete before the expiry date to be eligible for fare payment by Oiii.
  • FREERIDE covers rides to a limit of $20 per ride. If the ride fare is more than $20, then Oiii will charge the difference between the fare and $20 onto the rider’s credit card.
  • Riders have to enter their credit card information prior to booking a ride to cover excess fees. The credit cards must be not expired and have sufficient funds to cover the full cost of a given ride.
  • Oiii will preauthorise the rider’s nominated credit card at the time of the booking for the agreed fare and then release the applicable amount once the fare has been finalised.
  • The reward scheme is limited to a maximum of two rides per rider. Riders must not create multiple Oiii accounts to take advantage of the reward scheme. Riders who apply the reward scheme on more than 2 rides by creating multiple accounts, will have to pay Oiii all ride fares, transactional fees and costs associated with payment recovery.
