141

Costs $220 after cashback. TopCashback has an exclusive $40 cashback on Boost 260GB 12-Month Prepaid SIM card that is discounted by Boost from $300 to $260 (excludes eSIM). https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/864589

TopCashback also has another exclusive offer on the 28-Day Prepaid SIM https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/862221

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • SIM must be activated within 30 days of purchase, and must not be deactivated until your cashback is payable. If the SIM is deactivated prior, Boost may decline cashback.
  • Multiple SIM purchases need to be made as separate transactions. If there is more than one SIM in an order, it will result in an untracked purchase and the purchase will be ineligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on eSIMs, recharges, phones, bundles, accessories.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards and/or use of gift cards for payment.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • Always return to TopCashback and click through via the pink cashback button to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.

Good to know

  • Ensure you disable plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole & VPNs prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback as they will prevent your order from tracking.
  • If you cancel / return / exchange / modify your completed order, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

What to do and when

  • Missing cashback claims must be lodged within 100 days of purchase.

If you only need 170Gb, the Cashrewards $60 cashback on the $230 SIM is still live.

Make sure you order a physical SIM, and YMMV if you use a credit card - I could only get it to work with a Debit MasterCard.

  • When do these cashbacks end please ? Thanks

    • Don't know as TopCashback hasn't specified when the offer ends. The discounted price of $260 from Boost expires on 16th September.

    Thanks for sharing!

  • Why is the boost website so damn (profanity) useless.

Rejected my first 3 order attempts. 4th was successful. Now need to order an additional one and it's rejecting again.

    Gives no detailed reason why.

    Absolute trash.

    • Still not working.

    • welcome to the AI hell - I've suffered and wasted so much time on Boost Mobile ordering process for years. This brand is dead to me.

    • Did you figure out how to order?

Also getting issues, tried multiple times with different browsers etc.

      • Nope.

Multiple browsers. Multiple cards. Multiple licenses. Mixed and matched.

        The site is (profanity).

        • That's so frustrating. You'd think someone would be monitoring checkout conversion on their website…

  • Still not working

  • So are you supposed to do get new number or use existing if you are already with boost please?

  • So do you first need to buy a new sim with another company.. before buying a new sim with boost if you are an existing boost mobile customer that is expiring in a few days? Confused haha

On the buy sim info to make purchase it says enter your :

    Phone number

Keep your number or get a new one
You can choose to keep your current mobile number and transfer it to your new Boost service or use the number that comes with the SIM. Once your new SIM arrives, you can make this selection when you activate your SIM.

To keep the same number, you would have to port out of Boost into another company first. You cannot use your existing Boost number to buy this SIM card for cashback. The T&Cs in the post description and on the website say: Cashback is ineligible on recharges and 260GB on activation is for new customers. New customer means porting in from another company or getting a new Boost number.

      • **Current status using boost mobile sim with number xxx expiring in a few days

        1. Buy new Aldi SIM not activated with hopefully a visible Aldi number xox to use?

        2. Buy new boost sim using top cashback using Aldi number xox and the deal, and wait for it to be delivered

        3. Activate Aldi SIM and port my boost number xxx over …so Aldi now owns xxx Wait for a bit..

        4. Activate new boost sim with their new boost mobile number xoo

        5. Port xxx number from Aldi back to boost so boost number goes from xoo to xxx

        6. Enjoy savings

6 repeat when the annual SIM runs out?

Is this correct or I’m lost still please?

And if so do we need to be using new email addresses never used by boost before?

        Thanks

      • Do you need new email addys please?

        • You can use the same email. Seems to link to your Telstra/Boost ID when you activate.
