If you fill 45 litres into a car at refill, and normally get the 4 cents per litre voucher, then you can save an extra 6 cents per litre …

    Saving is 45 x $0.06 = $2.70

If you are buying the magazines just for the saving, and you normally have 4 cent vouchers anyway … then you'd want the two magazines to cost less than $2.70 together.

If you normally can't get the 4 cent voucher, and don't normally buy those magazines, then you'd be looking for the 2 magazines to cost $4.50 or less.

If you plan on buying the magazines regardless, you might want to make your magazine purchase compliant, so you get the extra fuel voucher …

    • Excellent post!

Might I add the title is very misleading. The 'any' magazines are restricted to three (one of which I've never heard of before; the first two I'd never buy)

  • Which part is misleading? All explained in details. After all…..I'm just sharing what I thought was a bargain :( .

  • Good find! but I think the word "any" should be omitted from the title.

  • Sorry if this has been covered in another Everyday Rewards offer post…

Are you sure this is available to everyone? I received an email offer yesterday titled "Fill up on meat and save 9c a litre on fuel", which also mentions "This offer only applies to Everyday Rewards cardholder (my cardholder #)".

Do different people receive different offers and are they all redeemable by all?

I don't know whether it is a personalised offer but Woolworths does send out personalised offer often, which I think is good.

I had one ages ago that gives 16 cents off when I spend $70 on meat a week. And last week it was 11 cents off when I spend $140 across the store in a week. I'm pretty sure that those two offers were only available to me as the email said "This offer only available to Everyday Rewards card number ####)

There were more discussion re Woolworths personalised offer here. http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/6205

      • Thanks for the link, cacbm. I'll stick to the personalised offers I receive, unless someone else can confirm the validity of these when they've not received the personalised offer themselves.

  • Not sure if my offer is personalised, cacbm and stebie… But I remember I got same offer as cacbm for meat offer but no 11 cents off across the store in a week though.

I checked with my friends and they said they received same emails as me.
