  • Great, now I have that song from the ad in my head

As a 75yo, I am absolutely in the market for a way worse google streamer/amazon fire with no support, limited app range and owned by Rupert + Telstra

    — sent from the Panama hat on the parcel shelf of my Toyota Camry

    • Yep and forced to create an account. Worst of all their Hubbl Glass TV has no way of connecting external USB devices.. it has a USB C port but that's just for power 🫤

Very poor reviews for Hubbl. https://au.trustpilot.com/review/hubbl.com.au
Save your sanity and get an Apple TV 4K or if you're more into home cinema, Nvidia Shield.

It's so interesting reading those reviews, all the positive reviews are so obviously written by Hubbl themselves. Crazy

"Hey fellow consumers, this Hubbl thing sure is cool"

The UI in most current smart TV's is smoother than this, better to stick with that LoL

    • Shouldn't need a review at this point to disregard any Foxtel produced device. They're all utter rubbish. They're so behind on technology, even their apps are terribly coded and don't utilise industry basics to make their services better.

Shouldn't need a review at this point to disregard any Foxtel produced device

I apply the same logic to anything involving Hamish & Andy.

  • LOL, so basically they're paying you to take the hardware now.

Parents have this, word of warning. Its JUNK.

Clunky, slow and UI is rubbish, app support is weak and just the setup is painful.

Upside? It integrates FTA and foxtel/Binge channels well into a universal UI.

  • +3

It was free before for ex Foxtel Now customers - no deal.

This thing is a total POS with is clunky UI, not worth the pain.

  • +3

hubbl is a joke. stay away.

Got one. It’s trash. Don’t bother.

  • +1

    This deal was better

Sold device soon after receiving it for a 50 cent profit and free Kayo and Disney for 3 months…

  • Terrible device. Don’t bother.
