Breville Bambino Plus $373.35 plus shipping through the JB Hi-Fi Business portal. Quite a lot cheaper than retail price - JB Hi-Fi regular website advertised at $599, lowest is at $499 at The Good Guys and Harvey Norman.

Great machine for beginners looking to get their feet wet in the world of espresso. Has an automatic steam wand which reviews have been positive about, enabling latte art creation even for the inexperienced.

Currently awaiting stock, through estimates, delivery will be around August 12. Not sure how long the price will remain as it is not a promo deal (which has an expiry date).

      Most Brevilles, including this one, can adjust the temperature and water volume.

      It's in the manual.

      And a google search turned up this video guide.

      Shot volume, duration and temperature…all adjustable.

    what would be the next logical upgrade path from this machine?
    i have this machine + breville smart grinder pro at the moment

      one option is to move to a machine with 58mm basket, which has been widely accepted as industry standard
      however, Lance recently made a video suggesting smaller basket is actually better:

    Has anyone received their order? I just called them today for an order with an ETA of next Monday and they said it will be delayed as the warehouse is still waiting on delivery from the supplier, so probably going to be delayed by a week or more.

      Nope. I have called and emailed. Terrible service, very unlike their normal retail outlets. Will think twice about ordering from them again.

    I had to send another follow up email… They've now told me it may be into October before mine arrives. I get it's a supplier issue from Breville, but this is ridiculous.

      Similar update when I emailed, was told ETA is end of Sept/early October for stock from Breville. Got a grinder and coffee station setup waiting ready to go and I've already waited this long so…

          I got the df64 gen 2 which was a deal on here recently and has reasonable reviews online, grinder cost quite a bit more than the espresso machine! A popular combo with the Bambino is the baratza encore esp model which is around $300 (breville now owns baratza too apparently)
