Hey everyone - I just had a chat with the team at Coffee Machine Specialist in Woolloongabba and they are running an extended Black Friday Sale for the Bezzera ARIA V Quadri Espresso Machine. Down from $2,800 to $2,380 until their last 5 or so stock clears :)

The warm-up time usually ranges from 5 to 15 minutes—not 20—and that brief wait is what ensures the thermal stability needed for perfect espresso shots. It’s not about being stuck in the 80s; it’s about using what works best to deliver pro-level coffee every time. Great point though, and that's why there is a wide range of machines out there - different flavours for everyone :)

          I had a look online and the general consensus is that people really enjoy this machine. I'll attach the seller's servicing page here, but in summary their standard servicing fee would be $265 - and offer a Repair Guarantee for 90 Days.

        Hey mate, here's an explanation from the Bezzera website:
        "The Bezzera ARIA V Stainless Steel Quadri Espresso Coffee Machine features a single boiler with a heat exchanger (HX) system. This design allows for simultaneous espresso extraction and milk steaming, similar to commercial machines. The machine is equipped with an E61 type lever group powered by a thermosiphonic circulation hydraulic system, ensuring thermal stability during operation."
