    these bars are for endurance events/training, not for bulking with protein

      LOL may as well just get the Coles Protein Bars Dark Choc 5 Pack which are $4 a box, same protein content and less carbs. Not worth

      There's always at least one fool in these carb bar threads who totally misses the point.

  Annoying. Just paid significantly more about a week ago.

  Used them for the first time during a longish run the other day. They definitely helped, not as much fatigue in the second half as usual.
