      Not "Normal price".
Last Deals at this price or cheaper - expired over 6 months ago!

My bad, it's ATL…again…for the fourth time, probably 5th when Prime Day rolls around. Not saying bad deal - hence no neg - just that it's not unusual price. Anyone who pays RRP on Amazon devices has rocks in their head.

        • it's ATL…again

          Wrong again @$29!!
          Was $25 in January
& 2 for $40 in last Prime Day
          Or $20 with Prime trial
          etc

          • -3

@INFIDEL: So what you're saying is $29 is not a good deal based on price history…and that waiting another week will likely yield a better price. Thanks!

            • +3

              @Ham Dragon:

              So what you're saying is…

That you are wrong again - while trying to excuse your original mistake…

              • -5

@INFIDEL: I said "my bad", that's not offering an excuse. Seems you get a kick out of sneering at people, or my profile in particular and I'm going to guess it's because you're still butthurt about the Hobart hotel thread. Lame.

                  @Ham Dragon:

                  I said "my bad

Lol! And then replied with incorrect "ATL" information…

You were shown to be wrong - twice!
Based on the link to past prices - you provided😝

You just don't check your information before posting.

As I've done for over a decade here, I care about factual information in Deals so people can be informed, not act on what you, merchants, or others misread / misunderstand / misrepresent it as.

As you've shown elsewhere - seems you post based on what you think it should be, rather what is actually stated.
Not being able to distinguish between fact & fiction is a worry🤔

You seem to be an unrepentant serial offender😝

This is Ozbargain - people will point out mistakes😄

                  • -3

@INFIDEL: I really, really regret engaging you on that Hobart thread, having now drawn the ire of an obsessive, terminally online nut case who clearly derives meaning from arguing with strangers. Dude I have zero interest, and way more important things to care about than emoji laden ramblings. Keep it up and the hide button is activated.

                    • @Ham Dragon: You've been shown to post false & misleading information in Deals.

Your solution is to hide criticism. How childish😝

Keep it up and the hide button is activated.

                      Lol🤣

It's your choice to respond to comments, or to ignore them.
                      Doesn't affect me😄

But deliberately lying & personal attacks in Deals are unacceptable.

The Hide button is just down here⏬

@Ham Dragon: Who knows what price it might be in future!

Cheaper now at Bunnings with Price Beat to $26.10!

Can always buy now & return a cheaper purchase @Bunnings. Avoids any FOMO😉

And has been FREE with 100% Cashback for New Members @TopCashBack AU
              That's when smart Ozbargainers bought!

Prices are likely reduced now to make way for expected new Echo Spot model

          • @INFIDEL: 2 for $40 is a great deal though so will wait for Prime day.

            • @jaygee: That was last year!
              *Time travel may be required…

              FREE was better😉

New Echo Spot is due to release on Prime day and it’s pretty sexy with a screen

    https://www.t3.com/news/new-amazon-echo-spot-deal

    • I like the old one with its full round screen. Not sure what purpose a half-screen, half-speaker setup is trying to achieve. Half Spot, half Pop.

    • Looks good. However just read that it won’t show my ring doorbell stream huhu.

    • It's $149 though

      • As mentioned in the link, it’ll be 40% off on Prime day

        • Hmmm didn't go on sale .. unless it's going to be a lightning deal

        • Which link? Still $149

Something tells me Prime Day sales will mostly consist of Amazon products.

    • +8

Something tells me it will have thousands of items and I'll spend half a day scrolling through them all and find nothing.

You can pair these to act as stereo speakers if you have two of them, and they work pretty well.

The sound isn’t amazing, which is expected at this price point, but it’s serviceable.

Echo show 8 down to $99 from $229 probably worth adding into post https://amzn.asia/d/0en08F9K

  • Will it reduce further 🤔 😕?

The only thing I don't like the Amazon echo is their power plug… too bulky

    • Jack barrel adaptor on a USB C cable into a multi voltage phone gan charger (these are about half the size of the Amazon OEM)… if your have a power point with that USB C and specs built into it, then I'd presume that does the trick as well. 12 volt 1.25amps and you are golden.

      • not sure why Amazon cannot make it smaller… or just provide a cable with USB. The current one takes the space of 2 power outlets, which is very stupid..

    • FYI - the power plug for the Pop is slimmer than the usual, now it fits easily in a single socket size. not sure if it's across all echo products now.
