I got this. you should be receive an email “ a credit has been applied to your account”. I think you need to start a trial to receive the email.
Looks like it should be a first time trial. It didn't work on an old account. But worked on the new account with trial. Thanks for your response anyway.
I signed up with a non prime account I haven’t used for a while. I had big dramas with the chat. They said I am not eligible. I said it popped up logged in my account as sign up now and received the Echo pop for $20. So I signed up, but received no info re credit charge within 12 hours. After lots of arguing until the point to cancel my prime membership and asking for a refund and the supervisor they will credit $59 back to me to make the price $20 after purchasing it for $79. I understand terms and conditions but it is not really clear why the system shows me the offer logged into my account before signing up. A bit of false advertising.
