        They also "targeted" a lot of people with low eBay plus price banners only to charge full price. Literally bait-and-switch illegal. Got off scott free. What good are laws when it cost the common person too much to pursue them?

        Hi mate. Model number of the phone that I received is mtv43zp/a, so it seems like a hongkong and macau version. A friend of mine received theres today with the same model number but ZERO charge cycles lol.

        I used the bupa discounted gift cards, i believe they are 3 or 4%?

      FWIW, I just got mine - seems to be an Australian model (which is good!), but unfortunately mine had 170 cycles on it.. debating whether to return it as that's nearly ~20% of its life

        Wow! Was it an "As New" model? I would definitely try to return it in hopes of a much newer device. I have had good luck with them.

          As I missed that as an option - only saw the top available model as 'Excellent', so just assumed that's what others got.. A new battery is ~$170, which I seem to have been conditioned to think isn't that bad - so maybe it's still worth it given it was pretty much 40% off RRP
