    Cheaper than rent

Who pays $350 a week rent for a bunk bed in a small room shared with 3 other people?

      • +10

        People in Hong Kong.

      • +3

        Backpackers

    • +2

4 people sharing in a room smaller than most hotel rooms. really though it is $4.4k for the room and food. still a good deal but definitely not cheaper than rent unless you are in a place that is renting for $6k a month.

      • +2

$6k doesn’t include unlimited food though

Right in time to get locked down for a new birdflu outbreak

  • +4

Pretty sure that price no longer available. Lowest was $1600 pp

    Cheaper than rent.

I wonder if you could buy tickets for homeless. Included board, showers, food, entertainment

    • +13

Great material for reality television: unleashing the homeless onto a boomer cruise in season 1, then onto a swinger cruise in season 2.

      • I’d watch it

    • +7

If i had money to spare, I'd buy a few homeless people these cruises and send thme on just to mes with the rich snobs

      • +5

I feel this could be crowd sourced in like a day with the right marketing

      • Honestly epic idea

      • +3

These type of cruise goers are far from being "rich".

European river cruise is the go to for upper end of the market.

    • Nice idea but do you really want to ship some homeless from Seattle to Sydney? They will just continue being homeless here…

      • I don't think the homeless would say no.

But they probably don't have a passport

        • The ship arriving in Sydney on 6 November:

Officer: "Do you have anything to declare?"

          Passenger: "Yeah, asylum please"

  • damn thats good

Those stops on the way back are top!

How is wifi? So I can WFS

    • +4

terrible, worse than shopping centre wifi, and it is not cheap, imagine the equivalent of your monthly mobile plan, each day.

      • What, why so expensive?

        • +5

Captured market. Who else are you going to use?

          • +1

@Rodenbach: Exactly, it is a monopoly LOL. To be fair, they are using satellite bandwidth which is supposedly expensive.

            • +1

@Buy2Much: Satellite internet used to be expensive, until Elon arrived on the scene.

      • +1

Its not that bad. I was on it last month, easy to watch Netflix with in my cabin. It cost $225 for 9 nights. Not cheap, but it is in the middle of the ocean.
