The iPhone 15 series is the first line of iPhones that has had continuous discounts since launch due to poor demand overall by apple.

If you can HODL until September when the 16 comes out and these 15 models go on clearance, youll get a better deal.

    • Any idea how much we could (possibly) expect to see discounted?

I haven’t kept track of the price drops over the last few years when a newer model is released, but my phone is now 6 years old so I’m contemplating an upgrade this year.

Personal opinion - i doubt you would see a base model iphone 15 sub $1100 after the 16 is released.

They won’t devalue the “premium brand” image they have built just because of poor sales.

So i reckon if you are after a phone now, might as well get it.

    • Well if their marketing department are wondering why they only have to look at the extortion they're charging for a 128GB device. The 256GB is even more horrific.

Note: The upcoming Apple Intelligence features won't be in iPhone 15 and 15 Plus.

You should be fine with 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max if you care about AI.

They will make up some excuse how the non pro models don't have the hardware to support it like what they did with siri when it first launched, when its all software 😂

      • Thats the part im not kosher with , truly unimpressed…

    • If I don’t use AI now will i miss out went it comes to iPhone?

Never bought from them before. Any reason why I should pay a bit more and buy from the likes of JB or Officeworks? Thanks.

      so pricematch/pricebeat at JB/OW?

      • This. I used to buy stuff from Mobileciti but will never again. Extremely disappointed with their customer service on my last order.

But it's a coupon code, so no pricebeat (?)

I bought from them recently and also ten years ago.

Store customer service is nothing special, just a lot of young staff fulfilling online orders in the back office. There are a variety of demo stock laid out so you can see it before you buy but no customer service does not make it worth the while to check out except for pickups. Kind of like a boutique version of JB Hi-Fi without all that yellow branding colour and aggressive sales KPIs.

Never had any issues, would buy from again. I would say if you are looking for an item at a lowest price, they are a good option if you are not expecting anything else when they have sales like now and have also exhausted stacked discount from JB Hifi and Good Guys and checked to see if Bing Lee has a 10% off sales on, Amazon, etc.

  • The list price of Iphone 15 pro max 512G is $23xx.. need a code to apply for the discount $2104, so would office still beat the price$2104?. I remember once before they denied to beat the price which need promo code.

  • I'm getting $1,394.10 on the 128gb standard model ;-/

iPhone 15 128GB has sold out, that's the discounted price for the 256GB model

Have been eying on iPhone 15 for a long while but ended up with a Moto G54 instead to replace 8 years old iPhone… hard to justify iPhone cost now, even iPhone 13 is close to $900.

Probably a right move anyway as we plan to replace aging Macs at home with PC once they reach the end of road, also due to cost.

  • Got the 15 pro natural titanium 128gb for $1280 from greengadgets through eBay, phone was advertised as “as new” condition.
Arrived next day, came in a generic box with a braided usb c charger (not the original one).
Phone had no visible marks whatsoever, it literally looked and felt brand new, had iOS 17.4.1 and had 0 battery cycles, even had 8 days left of apple care+ and the regular warranty expires in late May 2025, the battery currently has 8 cycles and it says Manufacture date: February 2024
    First use: May 2024.
Seems like the folks from greengadgets remove the brand new phone from its original box and put it straight away in a generic box with a decent quality usb c cable.
Needless to say that I’m very impressed with these guys and couldn’t be happier with the purchase, they had a $300 off voucher which I used.

    • is 128gb still enough these days?

      • For me it is and also have iCloud+
