  • Had let my lapse as found did not use much … but at this price point i'll jump back on ship 1 or 2 orders and it has paid for itself. Thanks OP

  • There is also $12 annual membership for existing members if you had the disney bundle.

    • Hi, I checked the page, it says: About the OnePass | Disney+ Premium Bundle. The OnePass | Disney+ Premium bundle is no longer available for purchase but you can sign up to each as a separate direct-billed service.
I'm a Disney+ member, how to sign up for the $12 onepass member? Thank you.

      • Its only there if you previously had the disney plus one pass bundle offer. It was discontinued by one pass earlier in the year

        • Got it. Thanks for the reply.

  • Yes!! What a deal! Been waiting for a OnePass deal and my 12mth expired a few months ago.

    • Did it work for you? It says it’s not valid for existing members

  • Do you need a new phone number to sign up an OnePass account? existing membership has expired

    • New phone number, email (can use dot or + trick) and bank card you haven't used before for other OnePass accounts (can't be prepaid cards).

      • Where’d you see these requirements?

        • +1

I've made new accounts before for free trials and that's what's required.

  • if you cancel during active subscription, does it cancel immediately or runs remainder of current sub? (ie do i need to set a google reminder for 12mths :) )

    • +8

      runs remainder of current sub

      • Yes I can confirm and this is a good way to ensure you're not billed for the carryon if you forget (as just happened to me with Amazon Prime, dammit)

  • I'm currently on a promo of free 1 month OnePass subscription (used a promo code OnePass gave me few weeks back). Can I cancel my membership and jump on this deal?

  • WOW!! My last OnePass subscription ends in May and still waiting for the 50% targeted offer
Glad that I wait instead of taking the 1 month free promo

  • +6

Not for existing members but what about previous members who no longer have current membership?

    • They emailed me the offer as a lapsed member.

  • +2

Looks like they're boosting Subscriber numbers for the end of Financial Year

  • Thanks OP great deal

  • +4

What do you buy though, catch sucks.

    • bunnings, kmart, target. and also free shipping for officework and Priceline as well

      • Target didn't do free shipping for OnePass, I am not sure what is the point.

        • really? I used onepass to get free shipping before and just checked the free shipping is still there. Maybe yours is too big or clearance items. Target doesn't offer free shipping for clearance items

      • So many bolts from Bunnings. Don't want to drive to Bunnings for a couple of M3 bolts, and everywhere else is more expensive with shipping.

  • +1

I like the idea of businesses banding together to create their own Amazon experience. It's moving a little slow tho, still takes like a week for orders to arrive.

    • +3

It's still up to the retailer with how they handle the delivery. Used Onepass this week and Kmart took 2 days to finally dispatch and they used Couriers Please :(

      It will never rival Amazon

      • +1

OMG Couriers Please. One of the levels of hell.

        • +1

I remember when they first started they were ok, but i have had a lot of issues with them over the years.

    • +4

It's not really banding together, isn't it just all companies owned by Coles? That's what I thought was going on.

      • Probably. But it's still a very Amazon Prime-esque service.

      • +2

        Wesfarmers, not Coles.

        • I thought they were called Coles wesfarmers or something? Anyway same thing. It is good they are doing the shipping thing like Amazon, definitely brings in some competition. Ebay plus was meant to be this and then ebay decided to screw it up.

    • +2

Onepass is perfect for those clearance items that most likely aren't on the shelves of your local Kmart but available at Kmart Central Coast. Occasionally, these types of orders do get cancelled, but most of the time they get delivered.

  • +3

Can you get delivery to an Aus post parcel locker?

  • +2

No love for existing and/or loyal customers as usual (with any service these days).

    • +4

I noticed my plan was set for auto renewal in 82 days so cancelled and they offered and applied $12 renewal for the next 12 months after 82 days!

      • +1

Awesome, thanks for posting this. Just tried the same thing and it also discounted my next payment by $28 so $12 total. Happy days 😊

        • Had 124 days to go. Cancelled. No offer.

Suspect is a business rule set to 90 days or less.

          • @tm32: Huh? So you lost your subscription to the remaining 124 days?

Was considering doing the same but mine expires in November and don’t want to risk it

          • @tm32:

Suspect is a business rule set to 90 days or less.

            Nope

            • +1

@MiscOzB: Maybe they check to see how much you used it and only offer the discount if it's below a certain level. I cancelled mine and received no offer - I'm using it on average once a week, mostly for low value items, and I can't imagine they're much interested in giving me a discount or even keeping me.

              • @fantombloo: Mine expires in November also. I used it prob 20 times in the last 12 months (including this morning), and I was offered the $12 renewal :)

                • @9adr: Used way less than that.

Sub still active to oct. No loss, as purchases anyway typically exceed the free postage threshold anyway.

      • Thanks, it seems I just got the same deal come through now too "Our best EOFY deal, rejoin now for $12 by 30th June"

  • +1

TA this means next year you need to push for 80%! Thanks!!! :-)

  • -2

It seems they are so desperate for an immediate fresh cash flow

  • 365 day return how does that work.

    • Why are you being downvoted. I looked at the T&C's for exactly that because it's the only reason I'm interested in this and it's incredibly vague. Talks about "eligible" items without expanding, doesn't mention product condition

      • Seems pretty clear in the information on this page? @paulaus

Doesn't mention returns for Bunnings for some reason, but their exclusions are listed here (under Exceptions).

        • +1

Ahh thank you. Silly old me going to the actual T&C's page 5.5 where it's just vague

  • Can you cancel after purchasing and continue to use it or do you need to set a reminder that you will miss then pay full price next year?

    • +1

Cancel and enjoy until the last day

  • TA crikey what a beauty

  • -8

Not saying this isn't a great deal, but a lot of the upvotes are pure TA-love :)

  • +5

"Free delivery on eligible items or orders"

So how useful is this- are lots of things "eligible" or is it just a fraction of inventory?

I tried OnePass briefly a year ago and only have the hazy recollection that it wasn't anywhere near as useful as hoped.

    • +2

Got the $20 for a year deal and it paid itself off with my first two orders alone.

I've used it a lot and I've never found anything that I wanted to buy that wasn't free shipping, though I have seen some things on Bunnings and K-mart though that were ineligible and they were usually bulky/heavy items. That's not to say those are all that are ineligible, but for $1 a month, it's a no brainer.

    • +2

Yep couldn't find anything I wanted on Catch, used it with Kmart and they cancelled order in my free trial

    • I got a 99 cent scissor delivered from Kmart. They don't seem too choosy. A heavy bed or whatever, probably not.

    • Lots of stuff at Bunnings inc special orders they won't deliver

      • Also won't deliver in-stock items at other stores that aren't in stock at your local store (at least in my experience recently, regional NSW). This doesn't seem to be the case with Kmart, so no idea why Bunnings won't.

        • I get Bunnings from the other side of town regularly.

  • Noooo my onepass automatically renewed a couple of days ago and i didnt cancel it before then :(

  • Thanks mate

  • Damn just signed up didn't read it starts tomorrow lol I haven't verified my email yet so maybe the price will change tomorrow.

  • +2

Does anyone know if they send to po box?

    • Also want to know!

      • Not IME. That's the biggest downer for me.

  • +1

Free delivery with no minimum spend on eligible items and orders.

I've never used OnePass before, does "eligible" items and orders cover most items and orders? Were most people able to deliver the things they bought for free?

    • Yes

  • I still have 6 months left on mine.
Do you reckon this will come around in 6 months or get it now on another account?

    • +2

Put it this way - standard delivery on a single item like a T-shirt from K-mart is $10. This practically pays itself off with one order the whole year.

I have three months left on mine and will grab this tomorrow on a new account.

      • Great viewpoint. You've convinced me. I"ll follow suit on another account.

      • +1

Is there going to be any issues though if you try to link all the existing linked store accounts to the new Onepass account? If I have to also create brand new accounts for all the stores then honestly its not worth the hassle

      • I am doing the same lol. I’ll connect my spare flybuys too to get extra points

    • try canceling and see if you get any "offers" that convince you to stay. I'm on a monthly plan that i planned to cancel and got 1 month free.

    • I tried canceling my membership and it offered me the same $12 deal for the next renewal!!!

  • +1

Note the offer is for new OnePass subscriptions and for the first year only. It's not available to existing members, and renewal will be $40 per year thereafter unless cancelled prior.

This explicitly mentions new users and explicitly mentions existing members; does an existing account that is not currently subscribed fall under the former or the latter?

    • +1

      According the Target OnePass FAQ:

After cancellation of your paid membership, you will continue to be a OnePass account holder. OnePass account holders without a membership don’t have access to all the OnePass benefits but do enjoy an all-in-one account which provides single sign-on across all the brands. You will also still receive OnePass communications, unless you have unsubscribed from our marketing communications.

      https://www.target.com.au/OnePass/learn-more

So once the paid membership is cancelled, it will turn back to "account holder" which means you are not "existing members"?

      • Happy to see it's a $12 year for me.

  • +1

Just checked and mine doesn't expire until end November so it will cancel then and I'll join again when they have another good deal.

  • -1

Great deal. I don't know how Kmart makes money out of this. I order low value stuff (<$10, e.g $1.5 flipflops, $4 plate) and it's carefully packaged and couriered to me each time. I reckon the $40 I pay annually wouldn't even cover a month's worth of delivery/packaging costs Kmart incurs for my orders.

    • +1

It's the collective not the individual

      • Yes but I don't think I'm an outlier in using OnePass several times a month, which I reckon is already enough for Kmart to incur costs exceeding $40. That $4 plate for example: it came in a big box, carefully wrapped. It took an employee probably at least 5 minutes to pick and pack that. That plate was delivered by CouriersPlease to me from a Kmart ~20 minutes away. You do that a few times a month, that's easily >$40 in costs already.

Given how convenient OnePass is to use for small things, I'd be willing to bet their customer base as a whole use it enough to cause it to be money losing for them.

  • +1

Does onepass stack with Bunnings powerpass?

Think answered above in first comment .. . No.

Consensus, in store, and discount applies to goods : use powerpass

Getting delivered : use one pass

    • No

  • Wow! the arse is tight with this one pass!

    Thanks TA!

  • +2

I used the 2 hour click and collect at kmart last week for the first time. Not only did it take a day to get an update after the payment and order was confirmed but they cancelled the order due to unavailability (the item wasn't on sale and had high stock everywhere online)

  • FYI - this appears to be active already.

    • How? I still see $40 after trial?

        • Lucky, escape the rush … I don't see that on my screen.

          • +1

@peuwayaqdq: Just worked out why. I have (had) a Disney/Onepass subscription

*Available to current OnePass | Disney+ Premium Bundle subscribers only. T&C’s apply. Offer starts 00:01 AEST 29/05/24 and ends when your OnePass | Disney+ Premium Bundle is cancelled or 06:59 AEST 29/07/24, whichever occurs first.

  • Nice

Jeez, for the long time continues subscribers. Am starting to think, might as well cancel and wait for deals like this.
