Great little mini-tripod with ergonomic grip when closed so you can use it as a short monopod.

Great alternative to the Manfrotto mini tripod. Great reviews on this one also.

I bought this about a year ago for $47 from Amazon. The only downside is that the ball can get loose if you are always moving it without first disengaging the "lock", but all you need to do is take off a few screws from the bottom and re-tighten the ball lock.
