[Floor Stock] Masseuse Massage Chair Remedial Deluxe+ $4,997 (RRP $12,995) + Shipping (Free to Metro Areas) @ Masseuse Massage

60

This is a great price for this chair. I have previously enquired and they do not go below $7k for these. Note this is a floor model and previously when I asked, they say they are models they use for marketing events, etc. So they are practically brand new.

You can also call them and mention the FB promo price and they will match the price on phone.

Current promotion through FB advertising and accesible via link below.

Note - Warranty differs on Floor Stock. Their Standard Waranty is 5 years, however I believe it is 2 or 3 years on Floor Stock. Best to call them and confirm before you make the purchase.

  • Is this better than my $5 massage gun?

  • People will meme you for this post, but it's also free shipping all the way to Perth. And that's pretty cool.

    • Over $9k with delivery to SA. I cant imagine why Alibaba will be so expensive. I would have thought it would be half the price to buy something directly out of China.

Plenty of people selling massage chairs for cheap lightly used as people discover themselves not using them as much as they'd thought.

    • I know a lot of people make similar comments as they dont really know enough about massage chairs and would jumpt to conclusion based on a person's experience with a cheap chair from Kogan, Homasa and likes.

      • Most massage chairs are just rebrands from some of the biggest manufacturers such as Ogawa, Inada etc. I'm not an expert on these, but you can generally only spend 10-15mins max per day on these based on advise from experts so it's probably not as much utility as people think they're going to get.

Now what I really want to know is why there are so many of these that end up as white elephants in many households which seems to be their ultimate fate for most people?

        • I did make a post in details about it in a previous post (link below). If you get a good chair from a good brand after trying it, you are likely to use it. If you go for one of the cheaper brands or get the entry level chair from a good brand, you are unlikely to like it. A lot of people buy the $1200 chair from an online store purely based on tech specs and fake online reviews and they are the one's that become an expensive bulky furniture piece.

  • It seems similar to this cheaper chair:

    https://www.irestonline.com.au/product/sl-a305s-gold/

    • I have tried A305S, Remedial Delux+ and iRest SL-A100 so kind of know the difference.

A305S is entry level model and you will note the foot section is different.

Remedial Delux+ is a mid-range chair with the foot compartment and more features than A305S.

SL-A100 is more premium and beats Remedial Delux+ hands down and can be purcahsed for $5499 from Costco. I will buy this any day over Remedail Deluxe+.

However, do note that Masseuse Massage have a superio customer service to iRest and have a better warranty. iRest has 1 year parts and labour warranty + 2 years labour only Warranty. Masseuse on their standard chairs, provide 5 year warranty.

  • I was trying to buy 1 @ Costco which was a floor model Masseuse but beware if the material has a slight damage it will start ripping off slowly & I think Masseuse will not replace the material - no matter if it's a 2k or 4k chair.

    • I assume the one you saw in Costco is the theraputica model for about $2k? That does have a very basic upholstery. The more expensive chairs have premium material and will not rip as long as you occasionally take care of.. same as buying a leather sofa

      • So Theraputica are cheap leather models???

        • Yeah Theraputics is the cheapest and very basic model. We had a Vitality pro flex which is mid-range and had pretty good upholstry… we have also trialled Remedial Deluxe+ and the quality of faux lather seemed really good.

          • @Megatron: Omg, are you working for Choice as a massage chair tester? I'd definitely hit you up for your thoughts the day I want to get one, if and when I ever restart BJJ training lol.

@clubhonda: Lol not working for choice :P

Have a couple of friend who have massage chairs and we were in the market for 1.5 years before finally deciding on the iRest one. Have tested a few and made a lot of enquiries so I know a little bit about them.

              • @Megatron: Good on Yaa!!! That's why we on Ozbargain to help each other. You Rock
