I'm glad I played this on Game Pass. It's a very nice looking game, but a completely repetitive, boring steaming pile of crap. Not worth buying at $5.
Is it still broken and impossible to run on anything but a 4090
Ran fine on my 2080. Just an uninspiring game to me.
Ran fine on a 3060 Ti but you gotta at least have a. I5 12400. The game is not well optimised (like the gameplay itself) so is CPU intensive.
it was never this bad, dont fall for all the internet whinging. i ran it perfectly fine on an 5700XT before building a new machine. The NPC's look like rubbish sometimes and it had some funny glitches but the game was never 'broken' to the degree it wouldnt run on things that arent supercomputers
Clearly, this person doesn't know what they're talking about about, making a ridiculous comment like this. it was never broken on any GPU, let alone the 4090. Broken as in how? next time please post more info. why is it broken? it's like saying "My computer is not working".
Look at the internet….it will tell you how multiple people have struggled with high performance graphics cards.
Even Todd said that people will probably need to upgrade their PCs. So there was plenty of talk about poor optimisation.

yeah I got the premium version of this for about 30 bucks for the pc version played a total of 10 min lol not the most interesting of games.
What a waste of $30.

I played through it many times and really enjoyed it. Wouldn't give it more than 8 out of 10 though. It has a few too many things holding it back from being amazing, but the good stuff is really good.

I would suggest that you try and see if you can get a free trial of PC Game Pass and use that to try the game. Or subscribe for a month.
I know different people like different games, I personally don't think it's worth $50. And especially with a digital code, you won't be able to sell it 2nd hand if you didn't like it.
