in case it wasn't obvious, they are of different physical sizes which is a big differentiator for many. take that into account.
Depends what you want in a phone. I'm a light user so don't need super performance, and I prefer a smaller device so the 8a at half the price works better for me than the Pro
Yeah my P5 was perfect until I dropped it on concrete. Google should just re-issue that phone with updated internals (but keep the rear fingerprint reader)
@1st-Amendment: The best Pixel ever. At least for me. I went from P5 to P7. Immediately regretted the decision. That phone is huge compared to P7. P8 is not too bad. But I would prefer smaller and have all the premium features of the PRO.
Yes! I still have my P5. I'd upgrade if the new pixels were any good, but they should just refresh the P5

Just checked but it's hard to tell, it looks like there is a $300 bonus on your trade-in. They offered $95 on my P6a which I guess means $395 off their price of $849 making it $454. That's a pretty good price for a new phone with one of the best cameras around.
But you should also get $200 gift card I think?

It didnt work for the 8a, regardless of adding a trade-in or not but it did work on the, currently full-priced, Pixel 8 and easily applied the 15% code.
Maybe thats about it.
