    Thank you, but I tried that before and didn't receive anything. After I appealed, I never got a response. It's just a waste of time.

    Mine just came through, tracking and challenge complete.

    First game didn't track in ~24 hours, second game came through in minutes.

      Immediately. After removing it the first time I have done this again twice without re-enabling it.

    Not having a good time with ShopBack. Getting "Store should have confirmed by 18th January" but nothing happening. Tried to escalate, again nothing. Over $300 of cash back just sitting there.

      I started contacting original businesses explaining how Shopback are giving them a bad name. (I had several hundreds outstanding). After contact, I started having success.
      It also helps to send Shame emails to Shopback and let them know about contacting ACCC.

    Completed first level in two games just to be safe, neither tracked. Not going to bother with SB Play anymore.
