I hate online… sometimes the spending got cut short due to running out items in store… why not just gives us regular in store purchases
If supplied online order does not meet spend requirement due to OOS - contact Rewards. Have always got the full Boosted points offer.

Worked for me. Was pretty easy to do.
When shopping for family, scanned same card in 2 purchases instead of using 2 cards, missing 3000pt. Contacted Rewards - was told don't do it again, points added.

It's still down for me. How absurd is it that we can't access our gift card in our wallet. I couldn't pay with my woolworths gift card today cause it just shows the Everyday Pay unavailable message and it won't show my gift card. What a poor design.
Quick question. I think there's a 3,000 points deal for shopping over $50. There's $15 one off discount for the first online pickup order. If you spend $50 but end up paying $35 would you still be eligible for this? Or i need to spend at least $65?

I think no bonus pts in this situation. Tick all the substitutes to max the chance to avoid it.
