Econnex + Powershop yes, I believe people have got the shopback with it in the past, but as a general rule it doesn't stack with shopback.

You can be a returning customer. I chop and change between Powershop, Enegie and AGL and always receive the gift cards.

It's not a competition, I've never had an issue receiving the gift cards.
