  Pretty ordinary starting price for 2018 model.
  Most used 7490s with 16gb ram on Ebay start from about $350. Coming down to around $280 after the monthly discount codes.

  This looks more like an advertisement than a deal. This is pretty standard price for this model. I don't see a deal here.

  Buyer beware: 7390 and 7490 models suffer from battery issues. Dell would replace them every 6 months, then they would swell and fail within 6-9 months (I had one back in 2019). My current company threw all of them to e-waste (about 25-30 laptops) and you can't buy a new battery (DJ1J0 42Wh) replacement any more from Dell. I kept one for my wife and she's been through 2 batteries since Feb 2023.Current battery replaced on November 2023 under warranty, health is now "Fair" and lasts about 15 minutes without charger.
