  I would stay away from this guys regardless of their promotion.
  Ordered a Tab A9 on their ebay shop to get it delivered in two days, but it arrived a week later and thanks to ozb I found a Tab S9 FE for a just a little more.
  Anyway, requested a return before it arrives. Then finally here, but missed the delivery guy. So I went to the post office to pick it and send it back right away.

  Two days later, got a message from them ''We keep 20% fee as customer opened the Samsung box…''.
  Even though I got the two ladies at the post office who witnessed me and a picture of the unopened and sealed box.
  Moreover on the second pictures sent by them to ebay, there is a knife put just next to the cut seal.

  I mean, just crooks, and amateurs.

  P.S: EBAY refunded me, but that change nothing from their behaviour.

    Both tablets have delivery to Sydney as "Estimated between Fri, 1 Mar and Wed, 6 Mar to 2000" which is 2 to 7 days, regardless of eBay Plus status

    I mean, just crooks, and amateurs.

    So you're claiming the Bing Lee Online Returns Team @ Guildford received your sealed A9 return, then deliberately damaged the box by knifing the seal to fraudulently seek $70-100 in restocking fees from you?

    If so, that's a serious accusation

    Are the photos of this incident still available?

      To add to this comment, both listings that Look Up provided do not specify express shipping as the eBay plus benefit, only standard parcel delivery and has the will usually post within 4 business days of receiving cleared payment
