  • Extra $10 off with code WELCOME10 😊

    • Is that only for new accounts or does it work every time?

      • +2

It works every time you make a new account.

        • Cool 😎

    Thanks got one!

  • I got one delivered at 119 plus 50 delivery and returning it. Had already gone to courier so eat the delivery fee but still 50 bucks cheaper. It was oos in store at the time

    • Damn, that’s a bugger about the timing but yeah go in there and pass it to them, they pass it back to you and you save 50 on your original deal at least.

      • Wait, is this possible..? 😅

I'm about to put through the order but was still thinking if I should just pay for delivery, but instead of paying $50 oversize delivery, I could literally just order the SUP soft roof racks for $50..

Only issue is I've never transported a surfboard on a roof before.. Or used the roof rack. I just saw a video on it, seems straight forward but knowing me, I'll still manage to screw it up.. 😅

Shouldn’t be a problem as long as they are still $69.99 when you get there. Just tell them you want to return it and buy it back at the sale price. They should be happy to do that.
Tbh I’m in the same situation. I was in my Commodore at the time and it wasn’t going to fit in there. My Land Cruiser is unregistered atm. Im just going to strap it onto the roof of the Commodore.

  • How easy are these to learn on?

    • I also want to know this, especially for middle-aged men.

      • I’ve been to URBNSURF recently for a beginners lesson and this is pretty much the same type of surfboard they provide. And I’m a middle-aged man.

      @Joshaldinio @Juice08

Yes it’s one of the easiest boards to learn on, it’s basically a mini-mal:

The Mini Mal surfboard is a great universal board that is well suited to beginners. It is a smaller version of a Longboard in a more forgiving and comfortable size range. Typically Mini Mals will range in size from 7-8ft in length.
Mini Mals have a wide nose and lower rocker just like the Longboard for easy paddling and nose riding whilst also being smaller in size to give you more manoeuvrability and control.
Recommended for: All levels. Also suitable as a step up from your first foamie/ softboard.

      • thanks! I had heard of mini mal's but they didn't put it like this on the anaconda site. I was going to get a SUP but maybe I could use this?

        • I think op’s deal is good to learn on and use for many years for fun. Just remember while your learning I’d stay away from short boards with a sharp nose and generally are smaller than 5ft they way harder to use

        • +1

Nah you won’t be standing up and paddling on this thing. SUPs are a lot thicker

          • @jjno41: OP’s deal isn’t a sup though it’s a surfboard have a look at the item description- it’s not thick like a SUP

            • @J B S: Yeah I was replying to juice08 who I thought was implying that they could use this instead of a SUP

              • @jjno41: Ahhh ok. Yeah I think they wanted to learn to surf

    • Just fine up to 90kg or so. Consider more volume if you're pushing 100+.

  • Will I be able to bring this home in the Toyota Aurion..? 😅 There's no proper passthrough to the boot so it'll have to put the front seat down.. 😪

    • You might have to strap it onto the roof. These things are pretty big.

      • 😪 Thanks bro. I think you're right. Eyeing it a minute ago, doesn't look good..

        • I did in a honda crv, so you should be able to

          • @grilled-omlette: Back seats come down though? Mine don't. I never tried putting mine inside. Just used the soft racks to bring it home. I didn't even use the soft racks properly but it made it home without a hitch. Just made sure I didn't go over 70 because then I saw a little more vibration on the front end pokin over.

    Its $49 Now

    • Hey thanks grilled-omlette. I’ll update the post.

      • Please don't change existing deals for significant price drops. The votes and comments are for the original posted price. A price drop can be posted as a new deal instead and the old deal marked as expired. Thanks.

        • +1

Ok thanks moocher. I couldn’t work out how to mark as expired. How do I do it please?

          • @Skatez: There's usually an 'EXPIRE' button under the deal description if the deal hasn't expired (but I marked it as expired earlier). Thanks

            • @moocher: Beautiful! Yes I see it now thanks. I was going into edit post to try find it.

    • Return and rebuy? 😅

      • +1

Yeah if still in packaging or we could try our luck and ask for the difference back since it’s been only a couple of weeks if it’s already opened and assembled.

    • Hey @grilled-omlette you can do your first post with the $49 surfboard if you want, it’s all yours.
