I don't agree with a lot of what jv says (whether it's bait for his ego-feeding or not), but everyone deserves an opinion, and everyone is allowed to voice it on these boards. Some people here just don't understand that, and seem to be under the impression that only the popular opinion is the 'right' one.

Also, when ordering make sure you tinker around with the order to avoid being taken to the cleaners with freight. If you're getting a few things you might have to do two separate orders for the cheaper freight. I spent about an hour dicking around with my orders to make sure I got the flat rate shipping.
Also, their site has a bug (maybe a feature) that stops showing the flat rate shipping after you add something in that pushes the order over the threshold, even after you take it out of your cart. Clear your cookies or use incognito mode and start your order again if this happens.
I was going to order but I noticed that they'd jacked up the shipping between today and last night. Bit of a joke really. I'll give it a miss until they come up with some reasonable rates.
Impressed by the postage. Ordered about $100 worth of crap. $46 in postage was not impressed by but dispatched on Saturday and arrived yesterday.

I raised a ticket using Paypal's their Resolution Centre and I received a refund pretty quickly.

I wish I could neg the sh!t out of this store… Took my money 2 months ago for this sale, sent me a message saying items got shipped. Items were never received… Items didnt' have a working tracking number from UPS (really?).
Contacted them via livechat now… 4 of the 6 items were discontinued… They never bothered to mention this and have kept my money for 2 months. So yeah… i'm finally getting a refund. I hope they enjoyed keeping my money (TVM).
