AOC AG276QZD QHD OLED 240Hz
RRP seems to be $1400.
Price seems to be at almost all major computer stores.
Except scorptec has free delivery.
I'd recommend pccg for their good warranty process, imo. Often they just full refund or swap.

Warranty included: 3-Year Warranty (Including coverage for OLED burn-in)
…
OLED burn-in Warranty is covered only when the screen maintenance is performed in accordance with the instructions to be found here.
The AU website has no up to date warranty info, but it would be fair to assume this same warranty policy applies here, and could be confirmed with a simple email to their support team. I guess you followed your own advice and responded before asking?
That being said, I do not recommend this monitor at this price, as it's way too basic and there's about to be a flood of new higher refresh OLEDs coming in at the same MSRPs. We should have good $700 QHD 240Hz OLED sales within 6 months.
Sorry, to clarify, AOC Australia don't cover burn-in. AOC USA do, however.
When I asked AOC/Philips service centre, this is the feedback I got:
"According to feedback from the factory, they responded that image sticking is not covered by the warranty, but the PHP monitor has implement a protection method in the monitor,
When the user uses the monitor 4 hours, that OSD will have an alarm message to remind the user to perform “ Pixel refresh”, if it user ignore the alarm message, it will be enforced after 16 hours(usage time)"
They also mentioned that (as of when I asked back in October last year, they had no reports of any image sticking/burn in occuring in the field
If they're going to be sticklers on that after a service log assessment and you've done all that they've asked, ACL will protect you with respect to a reasonable lifespan given the cost.
For a 1k monitor the lack of 2.1 HDMI is criminal…
IMO it's criminal how many devices still use HDMI when DP is almost always superior, and cheaper to implement. Wouldn't mind some DP on my LG OLED TV.
Just like your LG TV, some devices connect to TV as monitors, they still use hdmi. And they can also use soundbar without a mess
True. Some also connected consoles to the monitors too. Not having HDMI 2.1 is such a miss.
Also QHD doesn't seem to work well with modern consoles. My Xbox Series X downgrades to 1080P on my WQHD monitor.
Heads up that PCCG went to crap a few years back, when they got bought out (then bought out again). Good deal for the monitor though, but I'd go Scorptec especially with the free delivery.
Went to crap in what aspect, Ive had two warranty issues that they refunded in full recently (mouse, and a distro plate). was a few months ago though so idk.
only complaints ive heard of is just long delivery times
This is also the "lesser" of the bunch of 240hz OLED from last year using the same panel. I think mainly with colour and also as someone else mentioned here, AOC doesn't cover burn-in.
IIRC there being a shortfall in basic implementation, but it would be colour accuracy and white point if anything. These WOLED panels are all the same in terms of colour gamut and volume.
Hard to justify the price when this existed https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/812975
Completely different kind of monitor, it also costed 40% more.
It costs 40% more, but you get 2x the screen without the matte coating with a free hard drive
2x screen also means you get worse PPI, it's almost at a 24" 1080p in terms of pixel density. Also 500gb gen 3 ssds cost like…30 bucks, samsung isn't even particularly a high tier of ssd anymore. Also it's curved and too big for pvp styled games. And to add on to that, since it's 2x screens it means you need 2x the gpu grunt to power it.
Before anyone asks, AOC don't cover burn-in on their OLED monitors.
