  • Merged from Montech MKey Darkness Mechanical Keyboard $119 Delivered + Surcharge @ Centre Com
    Go to Deal

This is not wireless. I recently purchased this from Centrecom ebay store for $150 and am super happy with it. Honestly, I purchased based on the aesthetics and it has a knob that can control volume, the rgb lighting and also screen zoom. You push the knob to cycle between controlling the 3 things, but I just leave it on volume control personally. I also have a Keychron K10 and I much prefer the Montech except that it is not wireless.

    Surcharges: 1.2% Card & PayPal, 2% AmEx.
Free shipping excludes WA, NT & remote areas.

Here are some reviews that also convinced me to purchase this keyboard:

    https://youtu.be/RlThw3geoBA?si=IwEa2ek30lk4uEDE

I think that for $119 this keyboard is a steal, and I really think it deserves a lot more attention than it currently seems to have.

    • +1

Thanks OP. Love the Knob. It could be a real boon for zooming in and out of the screen for poor sight reasons.

      • Pretty sure the knob is a volume knob, that's what they typically are on keyboards like this. Maybe function swappable tho I guess…

          no wonder they have 4

          • @Wiadro: Depends on the job. There are some well-paying jobs in Albury to lure people from Sydney and Melbourne.

Canon 15x50IS All-Weather Image Stabilizing Binoculars with 15x Magnification and 50 mm Diameter objective lens - $1,565.95 delivered @ Amazon - 3 left in stock

    • What are you using them for? Sports, bird watching, wildlife, astronomy?? 15x might be ok with IS. 10x is doable without. But it's going to be overkill for most things since you can get reasonable 7x50 or 10x50 for under $100. Mostly do wildlife/birds/astronomy myself.

Not too bad, higher side for a 4070, but it is also a more premium option compared to many others.

So far Lenovo's EOFY sales haven't been that impressive, hopefully they ramp it up soon

    • I've been looking for a legion 5 or so to replace my old thinkpad.. I haven't done my research but do you guys think I should buy this one ?

      • I haven’t done any research either, but yes - I think you’d be mad not to buy at least one, post-haste…

        • The part I am confused about is the RRP. Are all the other stores selling it for near RRP? I couldn't even find the same model on Lenovo. Ty to anyone who can help me out 🙏. basically just wanting to know why/how this is a good deal 😅

    • At around midday today, they jacked up the price to $3.5k. This was a great find though! Thanks OP. I should have just bought it asap because when I refreshed, the $2.6k price had changed :') . Ended up getting almost same from Lenovo directly for $2.9k

Merged from Citizen "Tsuyosa" NJ0151-88X Turquoise Watch $355 Delivered ($335 with $20 Sign Up Bonus) @ Watch Depot
    Go to Deal

Thought you'd spent enough on watches today? Ah, how naive of you grasshopper. Watch Depot are coming for your credit score with a whole bunch of ATLs.

The Seiko SSC813P that has been going gangbusters here can be had for $575.
The Seiko SSC991P has already been posted - although as I type up this description Starbuy have already undercut them so who knows what else will be out of date by the time I submit this.

I thought I'd done well with the Tsuyosa for $359 on this deal. They've only gone and gazumped me by a few dollars (and a bit more if you add the $20 signon bonus).

If you don't have a Tsuyosa yet, then what are you waiting for? Believe the hype, they are awesome. The turquoise variety that I bought is truly stunning, one of the best dials that I have in my collection. Highly recommended

But hey, why stop there? Here's some tasty offerings.

Citizen Promaster Marine Automatic - $323, various colourways, choose your poison, strap or bracelet:

    https://www.watchdepot.com.au/products/seiko-ssc803p-macchin…

There are heaps more, all at either ATL or close to. Go looking for yourself and go nuts.

    • Bought the Turquoise Tsuyosa from WD myself several weeks ago and very much like it.

    • wow that's a beautiful watch. But I need to save for a house… Starting now, might get one my 2055.

Seeing as you folks liked the last deal I posted I thought I'd post a similar one from East Digital. It says they have a lot of stock available but we all know how quick we can OzBargain things on here.

This 16TB one is currently on sale for $260 which I think is a pretty decent deal. If the last 12TB one wasn't available/sold out, I would have happily gotten this one.

The same 14TB drive (https://east-digital.myshopify.com/products/seagate-14tb-st1…) is going for $258, so for $2 more you get an extra 2TB.

  • Merged from [VIC] Lenovo 15.6" LOQ FHD Core i7 13620H 16GB/1TB RTX 4060 Gaming Laptop $1447 @ Officeworks, Chirnside Park
    Go to Deal

Just picked up a LOQ at Chirnside park for $1447 in store deal. Worker said 2 more in stock left.

    • Web link for anyone interested. Shows $1597. I assume it's a store by store clearance.
      https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/lenovo-15-…

      • +4

Hmm little on the higher side but not too bad, the 4060 LOQ has hit $1499 online in the past. This in store deal is the lowest I've seen it in memory, but of course, it's in store.

        • Hey Jarrods, is the new 2024 LOQ body & build much better quality than 2023, even though both are plastic? As I still can't find any shops physically got the 2024 display to see the real thing yet.

          • +4

@kaikor: It's not really that different, I think I talked about how it differs briefly in my 2024 review on YouTube a few months back. It's mostly just a subtle difference visually, materials/quality feel much the same from memory.

        • Are you sure? I never see 4060 LOQ lower than $1597

Merged from TIMEX Expedition Ocean Solar Green Case Dial Watch $105.20 Delivered @ David Jones
    Go to Deal

    Price further reduced to $95.20

Expedition Free-Dive Ocean watch from Timex is a solar-powered, timepiece made of upcycled ocean-bound plastic with a green case and strap. It features a 46mm diver-inspired design with a unidirectional bezel, crown guard, and nautical patterns on the green dial. It has a 50-meter water resistance rating and lasts up to 4 months without battery changes.
    CASE DIAMETER: 46 mm
    CASE COLOUR: Gray
    DIAL COLOUR: Green

Blue colour also available for the same price.

    • Are they serious that the battery only lasts 4 months

      • That's well within the normal range of cheaper solar-powered movements these days.

I think you'll find Casio, Citizen, Seiko, etc will all rate most of their solar movements to hold charge for a maximum duration of 6 months on a full power reserve according to their official literature, if kept in total darkness and with the power-saving functionality enabled (if optional). Longer power reserve durations are possible on certain, premium watch lines with higher-end movements/power circuitry but most solar watches realistically can be expected to give you a maximum of 6 months on a full charge, in my experience (and that duration will shorten with time and increased charge/discharge cycles).

        • +1

Missed the solar powered sorry all

      • 4 months uncharged is pretty good, I would think?
