    Go to Deal

See if it fits your vehicle..Good price for a 5l full synthetic oil..

ENVIRO + HYBRlD 0W-16 is a premium full synthetic, SAE 0W-16 engine oil. It uses the latest advances in mid SAPS (Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus and Sulphur) additive technology and features low volatility synthetic base oil that minimises oil loss. Licensed by the API (American Petroleum Institute) to meet SP Resource Conserving, SN Plus Resource Conserving and ILSAC GF-6B specifications ensuring quality and satisfaction.

    • first time i've seen a "16" rated oil

      • +3

Just wait until you see Toyota's 0W-8 synthetic oil. Shit's like water.

    • Me too. Sounds like it would be for freezing countries

    • What vehicle are you putting this oil in?

Would it be okay in 2008 Honda Civic?

      • I reckon it should be - as noted in the post below, the manual for our MY10 states 0W-20 - can't see 0W-16 being an issue. FYI ours is up to 210,000ks and has mainly had Nulon 5W-30 full synthetic - runs beautifully.

    • +2

I was surprised to know that for Honda Civic (more or less current models), the recommended oil is 0-20! Even though 5-30 seems to be the standard. They stipulate that it is not climate dependant! I do not know how much fuel economy plays part in this. (Runnier oils lead to slight fuel economy)

      • +1

and how much blow by there would be

        • Blow by is diesel engine specific isn't it?

          • +1

@Musiclover: I mean oil making it past the rings and into the combustion chamber as opposed to fuel/air going the other way

    • Yeah so like everyone is wondering, who/what is this oil for?

AFAIK official recommendations for like 99% of cars bottom out at 0W-20, most of them with pros/technicians recommending 5W-30 instead.

Is this for mixing with higher viscosities to frakenstein some oddly specific spec?

      • +4
        • TIL. Thanks!

      • Toyota Hybrids hence the "HYBRID" in the oils name

      • +2

Toyota Hybrids use this oil, their engines are specifically built for this oil and the manual even states you can temporarily run a thicker 0W-20 if you cannot find 0W-16 but to immediately swap back to the 0W-16 on the next change.

If its engineered and toleranced for it, there wouldn't be a problem. Running a thicker oil in that case can potentially cause pump issues.

    Merged from Razer Barracuda X (2022) 2.4Ghz USB-C Wireless Gaming Headset $92 + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Bing Lee
    Go to Deal

these were on “clearance” for $128 C&C or + delivery

but now the price has dropped to $92 which I think is an all time low for the 2022 version (50 hours battery life and app support with custom EQ).

these are the RZ04-044XXXXX which are the 2022 model with 50 hours battery and supports Razer App via Bluetooth to customise EQ etc.

previously posted ones https://www.ozbargain.com.au/product/razer-barracuda-x are the 2021 RZ04-038XXXXX models that only have 20 hour battery and no Bluetooth or app support. currently saw them for $84 at Wireless 1.

I have these 2022 ones works on PC/PS4/PS5 according to the manual but it does not work on Xbox according to Rtings.

they are a solid headset for a decent price they arent the best you can get but they do everything right are reliable and also only $128 $92.
2.4Ghz with USB-c dongle means no latency issues when gaming and the Bluetooth connection allows App customization and taking phone calls (you can set this to Do not disturb so calls don’t disturb your gaming).
I read somewhere the dongle even works with iPad if it’s a newer one and has a USB-c port.

pretty much I agree with this review by soundguys.
TLDR is at the bottom of the review.
    https://www.soundguys.com/razer-barracuda-x-2022-review-7574…

    • do i need them, i kinda want them

      • low latency wireless headset that does everything right including decent 50 hrs battery life.

if you either don’t have a headset or don’t have a wireless headset I think it’s a insta buy.

the 2022 version has custom EQ ability in the phone app as well so you can tune the sound to your liking. previous 2021 model posted many times for around $80 didn’t have this feature so you were stuck with the sound, and the 20 hours battery of the old model isn’t great either.

        • I have AirPods already which I should use when I listen to music or watch YouTube when sitting at the computer, but I don’t and the Mrs hates when there’s club music playing at 11pm.

          • @Wiadro: for music and youtube just normal bluetooth headphones are fine. you can chase other features such as noise cancelling or multi point bluetooth (pair to two or more devices at once).

the razer ones in the deal use a 2.4Ghz USB-C wireless dongle for low latency and are more for gaming specifically where the delay of bluetooth connection causes issues between audio and what you see on screen. or it could also do "wireless headset" duties for zoom calls etc because of the boom microphone.

I would say if just for music and youtube there are many other options.

if you are spending this kind of monney on a keyboard, you should be looking at magnetic/hall effect keyboards.

      • Anything that you recommend? I mean I was having a look around and wooting keyboards are expensive… I prefer full size keyboards but I was just curious to see what's in the market even though my Corsair k70 mk.2 is still living for 4 years now

Merged from Integra DRX-3.4 9.2 Channel AV Receiver $1749 Delivered @ Rio Sound & Vision
    Go to Deal

Just picked one up. I think it's a good deal for a 9 channel Atmos receiver.

Researching for a while and was down to the Pioneer VSX-305. Then I learned that the Onkyo NR-1700 was better because you can set individual crossovers on that one.

Was all set to get the Onkyo then I found this Integra which has everything the other 2 have in addition to pre outs for all channels whereas the Pioneer and Onkyo only have pre outs for fronts and subs.

According to my research, all 3 of these receivers are identical internally being part of the same company.

So the Integra being around the same price or cheaper than the Pioneer or Onkyo makes it a bargain.
