Screwed the 1/4 inch base to a Manfrotto Super Clamp to hold a Insta360 One X2. It lasted about 15 mins in very low stress situation before the base cap let go and the stick with my camera fell over. I was lucky that I caught my camera before any damage occured. The base cap is just pushed in with nothing holding it in place. I expected better from Manfotto.
Yeah, I had a similar situation except without the danger. I was finicking with it and realised the base cap can just be pulled off..
Lol bought it for the head alone!
If that's the case I'm buying one also. Always up for a $5 head.

I grabbed one as a binoculars monopod. Good for steading binoculars while sitting.
I have a tripod to binoculars adaptor, but this should be able to attach directly. Perfect for my little pair of binoculars.

I already have an Offroad from last year for either $5 or $10. I think I managed to strip the head of the tube within a few weeks from only using it a few times, mot remembering which part to screw/unscrew to extended and stuff..
Will try it again. Had high hopes for a Manfrotto product.. Atleast the Joby seems to have better reviews.
Joby make good stuff, as far as budget stuff goes, would probably rank it a little higher than minirig.
