2170

I was sorting through the promotions tab of my emails to see if I could spot any good Black Friday deals when I stumbled across CR's newsletter and opened it to see if I could spy any deals, and to my surprise, I saw this banner. So naturally I figured I should reach out to TA and hound him to see if he had any further details and he very helpfully told me the rates and said I could post it now. He's also given me another liquid gold deal to post tomorrow, keep your eye out for that! Thanks TA!

So, there are so many great deals here I've chucked them all into a table for you!

Don’t forget to check TA’s handy hints on how to find the rate!

  • Purchases of products in any cashback category with a cashback rate of 0%. Check the cashback categories table prior to purchase.

  • Check cashback categories table prior to purchase, as rates and category eligibility can/will change without notice.

Other terms to be aware of:

"liquid gold deal to post tomorrow"
    means 12:00 AM?

  • +24

Remember the days it used to be 20% uncapped all categories cashback on Amazon during BF and Boxing Day?

    • +1

was about to say that. i am still regretting that i missed the $205 or $235 ps4 pro deal (after cashback and all discount} can not remember the exact price

    • +6

      Loving the 0.7%

    • Remember the days …

      Pepperidge Farm remembers.

    "$30 Cap/PP"

is that "per person" or "per purchase"?

    • what does it matter with 0.7%, spend $4785.71 to get full benefit of this $30 reward

(I know you meant other category, just my random complain)

  • +1

This deal is capped at $30 per person? (or is it per transaction?)
In any case the max purchase amount is only $200 for the Home category?
How am I going to spend the forecasted $6.35billion?

    • Id Like to know this aswell

  • +6

    Amazon Devices at 7% lol

  • +3

15% flat Cashback on all categories (with capped to $30 or $50) coming tomorrow so hodl. I hear if BF doesn't go well for retailers, CM discounts will be mad hitting 20% flat discount/Cashback on Amazon and ebay

    • Who will be offering that cashback rate for Amazon?

      • Who knows, since there are a few cashback companies now.

    • hope so too. In my experience the past few years, BF discounts>>> CM discounts (in general, not specific to amazon)

  • +2

Does the Apply xx% coupon Checkbox invalidate the cashback?

    • Hi @tightarse, can you please confirm this?

      Thanks!

  • +3

Never thought of buying furniture off amazon lol

    • they tend to be strangely overpriced even compared to local ebay listings.

      • The ai ius beds are actually cheaper than Bunnings so u could do a Bunnings price beat if you have maxed out the ‘whopping’ $30 max cb.

        • What beds? You meant Artiss brand?

    • Can't get delivery to Darwin

  • +4

    Pretty underwhelming unfortunately.

  • Thanks, @HamBoi69, for all the hard work. 😊

  • Not sure why I'm hardly enthused looking at that rates table. Only the "liquid gold" suspense bit has my attention.

    • +4

Liquid gold, additional 0.7% to make it 1.5% 🤣

  • Waiting for an uncapped cashback on my mortgage. Can you please hound TA for that? Even 5% off will do 😅

  • Sooo when is this? I want to look at the 20% cash back furniture?

  • What is the cash back rate on Nespresso coffee machine?

These categories are too complicated. Sometimes you buy something thinking it might be in Category A but it's technically B so it doesn't get tracked…

They should just do a flat 20% for all categories like in previous years but just cap it to whatever they are willing to do. Easier for all parties.

    • How can we know what category something is in? I'm interested in some weber accessories. Is that kitchen, home, or garden?

I know the trick but it looks very unreliable.

    • It's just like Target with the soft goods and hard good on cashbacks. It's too confusing

    • Agree. There isn’t even a furniture category on Amazon which makes it really confusing and means u could potentially not get the20% cashback. Does a bed base and mattress count as furniture in this deal?

    • Don’t forget to check TA’s handy hints on how to find the rate!

  • Kitchen means like kitchen ware I’m always confused 🥲

  • If gift card balance is used, is the transaction still eligible for a cashback?

    • I think not but not sure

      • thanks mate.

to whoever downvoted a reasonable question: hater's gonna hate, hate, hate. lol

        • +1

          Maybe it's because of…

          Cashback is eligible for:
Purchases of products in an eligible category paid with gift cards.

          • @McFly: Thanks for pointing that out, mate.
However, gift cards and gift card balance, in Amazon’s dictionary, are different.

Gift cards: You redeemed your gift card as part of your order placement.

Gift card balance: You redeemed your gift card outside of your order placement. E.g. in a previous transaction.

    • +1

      Sooooooon.

  • is apple airtag related to electronic?

And I am wondering what does TA stand for? Excuse my ignorance. :D

  • Is ring considered Amazon product these days?

  • If an item is "temporarily out of stock' ie in back order, and Amazon will charge me at a later date, will I still be eligible for the cash back if I order now?

  • Does this apply to amazon us items ordered through amazon au?

  • Wondering if Amazon eero 6 pro fall under which category - Amazon devices or Computer & Accessories?

  • @tightarse can you confirm if "Kitchen & Dinning" falls under "Kitchen" for 15% off ?
I can't seem to find a "kitchen" standalone category.

    • Im trying to figure this out too. I want to buy a Normcore coffee tamper but its under “kitchen & dining”.

      • I gave in and bought it anyways lol. How long till i see it in the tracking section?

    • I am also trying to confirm this one

    • I would like to know that too.

Bought an electric standing desk today.

It's really hard to work out if it fell under 'furniture' or 'office equipment' - there's a massive difference.

I went with topcashback instead, just to have a bit of confidence.

Hi guys. Amazon tracking is starting to filter through now for yesterday's sales (24/11/23). Note that transactions report to Cashrewards based on category (once tracking for one entire category is complete, it moves onto the next one). So if you made an order with multiple items from different categories, you’ll need to be patient until the others track later. Due to the enormous size of the transactional report, this will take most of the day to complete. Thank you :)

As previously mentioned, no item falls under the "Furniture" category on Amazon AU. Maybe it's a clever way to catch eyeballs. Consider giving a 1000% cashback for "Time Machine" next year?
