  Thanks for the share, this is awesome! All movies are better in blu ray, and my girls are going to love this. I just ordered so will see how long they take to arrive

    Depends whether your set is full HD or HD. Full HD can display 1080p and so the picture is dramatically better than a standard DVD. An HD set, on the other hand, is capable of 720p, which is only a modest 25% improvement in vertical resolution over standard PAL, so the difference, especially on a smaller set, may not even really be that noticable.

      I don't own a bluray player, but I watch 1080p and 720p movies through my xbox (using tversity to stream them from my computer) and I can't notice the difference in quality. My TV is 50inch full hd plasma.
