I just got back from 4 days in Surfers and had a lovely time. Long term residents may have noticed certain changes they aren't fond of, but overall I love the GC.

From what I gather this isn't a theme park ticket, but accommodation which includes a theme park ticket. Should probably include that in the deal title/description.
