forget 30days, I tried the next day after getting a phone with 84% battery health, Coles replied after a week asking for video evidence because apparently Green Gadgets requested it? Video evidence of a phone battery that lasts only 8 hours? I gave up

      • should've got the as new one from eBay. We've bought 4 iphone 12s for work and 2 are 88%, 1 is 92% and the other I haven't checked yet.

        • you'd think coles would get half decent devices

  • Good value. Also available in white. Cheaper than the 64GB model.

Got the iphone 12 from last deal, Green gadgets sent a phone with 84% battery that barely last 8 hours, it's a pain to get it changed with emails back and forth with the Coles support( in teh last one they requested a video of battery running out ?), finally gave up, just something to keep in mind, don't be fooled by that one guy who says they got a phone with 95% battery

This current deal at Amaysim includes (new) iPhone 11: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/809059

      That is $559 though…

I guess for the extra $100, at least you get a brand new battery and 2 years warranty through Apple.

The iOS upgrades will probably run out in two years.

  • is this phone refurbished officially by apple?

Hi OP I bought a refurbished iPhone 13 in 'as new' condition during the recent 22% off eBay deal and according to your site 'as new' is in pristine condition with no signs of use.
The phone I received has 3 visible chips around the edges and the response I received via your store via eBay was simply that I could just return it within 30 days.
Is this a regular occurence and the hope is that people just choose not to bother raising the issue?

I would just like the difference between 'as new' condition and 'very good' condition to be refunded to me as the phone is needed.

For the record your site states:

As New = No signs of use. The product is in absolutely pristine condition.
Excellent = This item is in excellent cosmetic condition, showing minimal signs of wear such as small scratches or marks, which are only visible close up.
Very good = Representing excellent value for money, this item displays more obvious signs of wear such as scratches, blemishes or scuff marks.
Good = A perfect solution for the value conscious who will put their device in a case. This item will display more obvious signs of wear such as significant scratches, blemishes, scuff marks and/or small chips.

  • I know it's $200 more but if you factor in a new battery its a much better deal. Brand new

I picked up a 12 for $796 at the last Amazon sale.
