      Always received cards too.

      But Econnex could definitely do some very basic things to improve their communication and consequently lower the number of complaints. I've seen one suggestion mentioned multiple times by various people on previous deals. Ecconex choose to ignore it (last time I checked), so I can see why they bring criticism on themselves.

        • Hey, I got an SMS today saying I should have my gift cards. I don't have my gift cards, have searched my inbox and checked spam. Have received twice in the past with no issues.

            • @Miss B: Same experience here. I got the SMS saying the egift cards had been "issued by Woolworths," but they didn't show up in my email until several hours later. In between, I wasted too much time checking and chasing things up.

        Why does the bonus gift card has 3 months expiry? I had suggested that a longer expiry will reduce complaints about your company. I was told that you will take my suggestion on board and do something about it.

  • I am not up-vote or down-vote this because I received the gift card but after so many (many in triple plural) complaints + back and forward emails.

        They keep saying I am not eligible because bla bla bla and I had to show them evidence that I use their site and someone took over the case and I had to explain from the top again. Go around and around, not worth the hassle.

    Make sure you get the confirmation email after signup, and the egiftcards come after 3 months, not instantly.
