Lowest price I have seen.

I own a set and they are great. The only complaint I have is that the 18cm Saucepan (for cooking my instant noodles) takes longer to heat up on my induction cooktop, than the other pots/pans.

These are the exact same set as Ninja C38000 Foodi NEverStick Premium 8-piece you may check out the reviews here.

Also available from Ninja Kitchen AU for 99 cents more - like many of us, better to deal with Amazon + cashback

Also available from BigW if you want to use gift cards / earn everyday reward points - thanks dbell

  • Pfoa free but maybe a touch of pfas?

    • Apparently made with PTFE (Teflon) - not sure if that's any better though.

      • +4

PTFE belongs to a subgroup of PFAS called fluorinated polymers…

  • Thanks OP order placed

  • Are these buy-it-for life? or should i spend more on stainless steel/copper?

    • Good stainless will definitely last longer. There's no coating to peel/scratch off and leach into your food. Copper in the base (not surface - can be toxic) helps heat distribution. Cast iron even longer lasting but can't cook acidic foods.

      • Cast iron even longer lasting but can't cook acidic foods.

Once you get a nice thick season on cast iron, you can cook acidic foods no problem.

        • I find that with cast iron even with a decent seasoning, it eventually wears off if you're simmering for long periods of time i.e. bolognese.

          • @charzy: Fair enough. I suppose if you're simmering tomatoes for like an hour, the acid will have time to eat the seasoning. But sub 10-15 minutes ive never had a problem.

          • @charzy: All it takes is a quick season and it’s back to normal. I no longer worry about acidic food stripping the seasoning

        • Of course you can cook in it but the acid eats into the polymerized layer (the seasoning), which mixes with your food and eventually hits the base iron.

      • any recommendation for a stainless steel set?
        Thanks

        • I like Esteele, Scanpan, Bacarrat

It all depends on your criteria: stainless is definitely long lasting but it requires at least a little bit of oil and good pre-heating (you can not just warm it a bit and chuck products on it, they will stick, need to wait for it to reach certain temperature which works well for some food but not the other).
Cast iron is extremely heavy and also requires some skill and practices.
The easiest ones are teflon (PTFE) and ceramic… Ceramic is good when new but because it's non stiction is caused by production of certain oils may lose the non stick coating with time. PTFE has the best non stick properties and requires the least skill, but may be fragile and easy to damage, overall not very lasting.
I would not worry about health aspect of it. Scientific evidence in favour of any of the coatings is inconclusive.

  • Not assured.

They are the same set - thank you I’ll add it to the post.

I’d rather deal with Amazon for any returns/refunds. The product is covered by ZEROSTICK 10 Year Replacement Guarantee. I’ve seen countless pots and pans reviews (e.g Anolon) with lifetime warranty, people weren’t getting their replacements when dealing directly with the manufacturer because of their bloody fine prints and exclusions! Like every damage/fault is wear and tear.

With amazon they provide free returns you are likely to get a full refund or replacement without no more than 2 questions from them lol. Sometimes you get to keep the items plus a refund depending on the Amazon agent.
