    Thanks, redeemed code FREERIDEBNE👍
Used $20 code last week no problems.

But in Brisbane need to use app:
    Thurs 9am-4pm 6pm-10pm

Post has been updated accordingly, thanks for letting me know.

If there are any updates to the times, feel free to update them.

    • Same as FREERIDEMEL can only be used between the same times and is valid for Thursday only.

    • +1 for another customer in Brisbane.

Both successful application of code (though not redemption yet of course) and last week use of code was successful.

What happens if me and my friends all go in one car. Maximum 4 friends or maybe more if big car. So we can do an $80 dollar journey total?

    • You would have to do 4 separate ride requests. You could probably talk to the driver to see if he is willing to accept 4 separate rides. However, never tried this.

    • Each journey is booked using 1 app with 1 x $20 code on that app.

    • Didi allows multiple drop offs and pickups or stops in one trip, however this is only a $20 saving. If you want to get $80 you'll have to make 4 separate bookings.

      • Successfully used it this morning to get to work. Didi Travel is quite cheap! I only paid $2 for 16km.

  • So this offer is turning up every week?

    • Unsure. But so far, since August, that has been the case. However, they tend to enable to coupon on Tuesday.

Could be a coincidence but got a $100 voucher for Uber Reaerve

    • Yea I got that too. How long in advance can we book it? Going somewhere after 3 weeks haha.

      • I think must be end of day tomorrow which is annoying

  • Where are we off to friends

  • Used this last week to get to the airport in Perth, timing couldn’t have been better. Came out to $5. Nice one Didi!

I get all these vouchers, but for some reason only 1 out of 20 times I got a ride and have to revert to Uber for the rest of the time.

Even if my neighbor who rides for Didi has his app on waiting for a ride, they don't assign him as a driver.
Instead they say no driver available. (Even after trying for several times, about 20 minutes each time.)
(We both have all location services including using wifi on and before booking I can actually see his car on the map.)

I'm trying to book through a rideshare platform, as I need the tax invoice. (Most of my rides are $30-$50, before any voucher.)

So this situation is bad for the cutomer and bad for the driver. Getting the impression that either the platform is not working well
or that there is something funny going on with these vouchers.

I personally find Uber much more reliable.

I dont get any of these vouchers and i just tried adding this one and it said promo could not be added. Not sure why i never get any DIDI vouchers.

  • Update: For Adelaide residents, the time has now been updated.

You can only use the code FREERIDEADL between 9am - 4pm and 6pm - 10pm.

    • For between 9am-4pm, have to use the code before 4pm for the voucher to apply, regardless of the trip ending after 4pm?

Just saw this. For future reference (Didi will probably have another deal next week), I just booked a ride at 3:58pm and got to where I wanted at 4:30pm. Voucher still applied.

Hence, I think you just have to have a trip booked before the 4pm time period.

promo code works but the request after putting destinations doesn't work on my phone- i tried with friend's phone and worked.
does anyone know how to fix this issue? it only doesn't work specific account

  • FREERIDESYD doesn't seem to work for me anymore, it's saying "ERROR: Invalid promotion code"

    • +1

      Because it was for yesterday?

      • Good catch! That makes sense, thanks

        • +1

It's ok, I missed out too

  • For Perth it's not valid between 4-6pm…got here for $9 using my partner's account but just got stuck paying full price on my account as the code is only from 9am-4pm and 6pm-10:00pm but didn't show the details until it was too late.

  • @AkuroPlays any idea if they repeat this again this week? could use a SYD one on wednesday

    • +1

@Onlineuserr They haven't added the code to their system yet, so unsure! I'll probably make a post if there is a new promo this week and let you know.
