In true OzBargain spirit, found an even cheaper USB-C to HDMI Cable than the Kmart clearance for $13.49.
Arguably better quality too as this one is nylon braided and has aluminium shell.
The Displayport equivalent is also available for $14.98.

In fairness, the Kmart one was 3M, this is 0.9M.
Do you think that even though not rated for 4K@60Hz it would be able to handle this?
Doubt it, they sell a 4K@60hz adapter too.
It's probably a limitation of bandwidth, what the cable/connection are rated for, and everything probably does some handshake to confirm it all.
Was concerned how it says "Sold by CableCreation Official" but at checkout it says "Sold by:GOOGFIT TECH LIMITED".
"CableCreation" is a brand name of "Shenzhen Googfit Tech Limited" it seems

Thanks my local Kmart went out of stock. Seems to be $19.49 for the 4K@60Hz.
