Maybe try calling your closest store to see if they will honour it even though it’s after 5pm cause the app was down.

Maccas app used to be very unstable. Haven't had issues anytime recently, but used to have similar issues of app only promos and app not working.
It depends on the store, our local will have everyone park in the waiting bays, bring out bags of food to the wrong car, etc.

I was hoping KFC wouldn't be as bad as the menulog deal, but it is right up there. Wasted too much time with 3 different accounts. Either it is "something went wrong" or all the stores in a 5km radius stopped doing pick-up orders. Sigh.
