Or staff. Three times in the last two months that I've been to my local KFC they've shut the front door and forced everyone to use the drivethru because they didn't roster enough staff on. The last time it happened it took FORTY SEVEN MINUTES to finally escape the carpark!

I think you order through the app, a few hours later arrive to the stock and tell the application you have arrived , I could be wrong though
