Just came across this deal while searching for Ring Video doorbell 4 plus chime on Amazon (they didn’t price match). It seems like a EOFY deal. Free shipping (on orders above $50.)
Officeworks has Ring Video doorbell 4 for $247 but chime will cost additional $54, so slightly cheaper.

Though Officeworks will not price match the doorbell 4 & chime combo because they stock them separately, it costs slightly cheaper with Ultimate gift cards offer from Woolies.
Ring products are good I suppose, but there is absolutely no Google Home integration.
I would choose one of the other brands.
That's because this is an Amazon ecosystem product. It's like complaining that you cant play playstation games on xbox.
Had a ring doorbell. Support is very poor, and I got tired of everything is a subscription. Google is changing their programing/policy and is coming very restrictive with what/who can integrate with them as on 20th June 23. So Even Eufy has issues with Google, not with Alexa. Alexa works with ring and Eufy very well that I have found so far. Plus not paying a subscription now.

Ring products are great, but the customer service is absolutely dreadful. If you invest in the Ring ecosphere, pray you don't need technical support or customer assistance.
