Note the advertised price and the retailer where you have found it. Then contact our friendly customer service team who will confirm the price match over the phone or on live chat. We are available 24/7 on the following number: 1300 000 500. (I would personally recommend the live chat team, as it is by far the fastest and easiest way to get a price match)

  • Is it compressor based?

    • It is desiccant type

      • How big of a difference is between 610 and 612? Is it worth getting the bigger model?

        It might consume more energy.

        • I have both. The 610 in the bathroom and 612 in the kitchen. We don’t have exhaust fans here and both work well in keeping things dry.

Hey store rep, just my 2 cents on your (and any) price match. Price matching is a joke and are only used for convenience, for example when someone wants the cheapest price close to home or does a quick search will instore before heading to the counter. I personally will never reward a store for just marketing a price match guarantee. It's a lazy way to market your business, relying on others to find the best price for you. Especially when you only price match some (approved) stores. How about you just have the lowest prices, now that company I would reward with my loyalty, knowing I'm going to a store that would always have the lowest prices. If you're not going to have the lowest prices and your that confident in your business model, how about you do a price beat for say 5 or 10% to reward a customer for doing the ground work for you.

    • Appliances Online do generally have lower prices for many items I've purchased.

Their service is also amazing! Next day delivery on everything is the best, and it's free!

There's more to a company than just price. Have you ever bought from them before?

      • Yes, I have purchased from them before and they're fine. From my experience no better or worse then other similar stores, ie. the stores the price match. And there is nothing to set them apart or above another store. My point being, the store rep posts an advertisement on ozbargain for a sale item where over 50% of the post details the price match policy. He/she is obviously using the pmp as a selling point. This policy very similar to any of their competitors price match guarantees, actually it's not as good as some that don't have an approved competitor list. As all these stores pmp's are generally the same ie, they price match each other, the pmp are only utilised for convenience and stock available. When you read reviews of these similar companies (and in my experience) you can have great, good, average or poor service on any given day. Therefore, price and availability is the main reason for purchasing from one of these stores. This is ozbargain after all.

  • How good are these at drying clothes?

  • Would this be a good option for use in a bathroom?

Kinda struggling to decide if a compressor type or desiccant type would be better for bathroom use…

  • Is this better than the ausclimate desiccant dehumidifiers? Thanks!
