        dude, they had 15,000 orders come in from the advert, cut them a little slack man, this is costing them time & money and I bet they didn't think it would blow out to these numbers.

        I got an email this morning saying they are shipping state by state and hope to have everything shipped by middle of September.

      I've received 2 emails advising of the delay in fulfilling the free offer.
      If you need the brake fluid urgently, they've even offered to expedite individual orders if you let them know.

    not sure what i'd do with a single bottle of brake fluid. perhaps it's enough fluid for a bike. i wouldn't advise mixing with other brake fluid brands.

      I can do a full flush with a 500ml bottle and still have heaps left over…..

        if you've ever driven a supra at speed down a mountain you would appreciate slotted rotors. a lot of people track their street car too. if you need new rotors then the minor extra expense of slotted rotors is worth it if you have a proper sportscar like a supra.

    At least the apologise and are keeping people up to date. Most other companies would just ignore and queries and hope people forget or get lazy. Good on them I say.

      Yeah it's been really good. Even though it hasn't come through yet, the updates are great. I know a lot of people would have just ordered cause it was free. Other companies might have just cancelled the orders saying it was only intended for certain people

    while i like the update, limited supply + the fact they are giving an extra bottle to customers instead of honoring their previous free deal means you will be waiting even longer for your free bottle! or not getting it at all :(

      At no point are we not honoring the original deal, in fact the last line of the email we sent out says quite the opposite.

      As we've said many times before, this was supposed to be a short term offer whilst out new website was in construction during a period of which we were getting significant media coverage as the title sponsor of the 2nd largest motorsport event in Australia this year. At no point was it intended to go viral and run in to 6 figures costing.

      Of course if someone is ordering something it makes sense to stick the bottle in their to save us the freight of sending it separately, but at no point does that relieve us of our commitment to send every bottle out regardless.

      Hope that clears the air a little.

        Good response. Perhaps a suggestion in the future to limit the quantities to prevent this kind of thing happening in the future. The fact that you are still honouring all the requests is great.

    i doubt they sent out any of the free bottles. free bottles—>free marketing—>no bottles for anyone—>apologetic BS trying to get people on the order list—-> this kind of BS doesnt work with me

      It's not all of a sudden,—> it's when they have the stock and time to process,—> 2 bottles will be included with any other order.
      And if you need it urgently, they will expedite your delivery.
      Just call them, it ain't rocket surgery.
